Source: Borjomi Finance to offer 5 bln rbl bonds February

MOSCOW, Jan 13 (PRIME) -- Borjomi Finance, affiliate of Rissa Investments, plans to collect investors' bids for at least 5 billion rubles of 5-year exchange bonds in February, a banking source told PRIME on Wednesday.

The coupon guidance will be announced later.

The issue will carry semiannual coupons and a 3-year offer.

Alfa-Bank, Raiffeisenbank and Sberbank CIB were appointed as the organizers of the placement.
